It
is important for everybody to control the turbulent thoughts in their mind,
because as previously mentioned our lives are governed entirely by the thoughts
going on in our minds. Turbulent mind can be a significant cause of stress to
the persons themselves as well as those around them. Not only does the stress result
in psychological distress, it can also result in several medical disorders such
as hypertension, heart diseases, gastric ulcerations, etc. Meditation is an
excellent method for distressing and removing turbulent thoughts from one’s
mind.
