It
is important for one’s mind to be free of all turbulence to be able to think
properly. The person himself/herself can take steps to negate turbulent
thoughts. Some such steps include:
·
Creating a vacuum: Taking
out one’s turbulent thoughts and putting them in one corner to create an empty
space. The created vacuum would suck in positive thoughts.
·
Replacement: Replacing the negative thoughts with positive ones
·
Nullifying: Erasing the negative thoughts from one’s mind.
Taking
any of these steps may prove difficult because in most cases the person might
be unaware of their turbulent thoughts. Also initiations of any of these steps
require a great degree of self-control. In these cases, the family and friends
play an important role in helping the person get rid of his negative thought
process. All this requires a great deal of patience and
perseverance.
