Balancing one's life



Best way of calming turbulent mind is to maintain a balance not only in one’s mind, but also in one’s life. The only way to control the violent waves creating ripples lies in the hands of the person himself or herself. My next book illustrates how the female protagonist controls the turbulent thoughts arising in her mind by taking control of her mind and balancing her life and thoughts.
